Tristan Cogan is the previous Chair of Governors at Worle Village Primary School before becoming Chair of the Kaleidoscope Trust Board. He has/had four children attend Worle Village Primary School. He was a governor at the school since 2013 and prior to this was chair of trustees for Langford Nursery, which provided day nursery services to the University of Bristol’s Vet School. He has had extensive training and experience in monitoring and maintaining the educational and financial aspects of educational provision.
Professionally, he is a Senior Lecturer in Infectious Disease at the University of Bristol where he teaches veterinary and vet nursing students. He also runs science workshops and placements for primary and secondary schools. Prior to this he worked for the Health Services with responsibility for Health and Safety, and Freedom and Security of Information.
